Timothy Hager, Therapist, holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. He has provided life coaching for 14 years serving young adults, adults, and couples. He is focused on strengthening relationships, tackling behavioral and motivational challenges, and cultivating resilience. Timothy’s professional training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Heart-rate Variability biofeedback. He is also Neurofeedback, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Insomnia (CBT-I) trained.
Timothy lives in Tulsa with his wife and cat Hermione. Timothy enjoys spending time with his family, kayaking, hiking, sailing, Formula One, watching movies, practicing piano, and listening to classical music.
